The stately clubhouse, designed by Stanfor White, is prominently featured in the photograph. Built in 1892, it is the oldest clubhouse in America. Shinnecock Hills Golf Club is located in Southampton, New York and was founded in 1891. It was the site of James Foulis' U.S. Open victory. |
